which one of you is best in bed?
A question for the ages!
The ladies of the Face are all very skilled in the art of love-making. Though styles may vary, we can assure you every move and muscle clench will send you into the stratospheres of pleasure no matter which lovely Lady you are lucky enough to take home.
We have a new logo! Thanks to the amazing Elsa Carenbauer! We owe her a million debts of gratitude and at least $100,000 for her ingenious creations!
So here’s the thing:
We’ve got about two weeks to prep for Romancing the Face, the third installment of LadyFace. February 25th. 7:30 & 10pm. Spark Theatre. $5. Special guest: Nathan Lund. Ya gotta go. Really. Ya just gotta. And get there early. We tend to sell out….
THEN we’ve got a week and a half after that to prep for NarratoFace. a take on the brilliant storytelling show The Narrators by our fave Andrew Orvedahl. We’re guest hosting and will be inviting some impressive folk to wax poetic on our chosen theme of “The Dark Side”. March 7th. 8pm.
THEN we’ve got a week after that to prep for our guest takeover of Beauty Bar’s amazing night that has been featuring women in comedy for over a year now thanks to the always fabulous Heather Snow. More info to come on all of dat.
And then, well, all prep for show #4 in April. Details TBA after we take down the world in the next six weeks, one face at a time.
We’re freaking out in the best way possible. KRand is a hot piece of proof.
Y’all better be there. We’ll be looking for you.
Love from our Faces to yours,
Nicole & the LadyFace crew
Check out Nicole’s FullWeird blog for her latest swipes and gripes with herself. We promise you, it’s always some strange form of entertainment. Emphasis on strange.
Our girl Mara, gettin’ her MOTOWN on, YA HEARD??
My mom has all sorts of adorable saying.
Sometimes she tosses out Jewish terms or phrases. We are not Jewish.
She says “How Dare You!” for the simplest infractions.
But my favorite Maggie catchphrase would have to be, ” I hope you find a love like that.”
I think this one is sweet. Even…
Our friend Adam Cayton-Holland was on the Nerdist podcast! My work computer classifies it as “BLOCKED: PORNOGRAPHY” so you know it’s gotta be good! —Nicole
Adam was featured in the Nerdist’s stand-up cluster podcast. If you are not aware of this podcast, well then damn, get your shit together! Shit is mad dope, yo!
A big thanks for the success of The Greatest Story Ever Told!

A behind-the-scenes moment with Timmi Ann
Gratitude is a meal best served luke warm, and as it’s a few days after the second installment of LadyFace we’ve got more than a few of you we’d like to feed.
1) Jordan Doll. As if we could have asked for a more gentlemanly, hilarious, amazing, silly, wonderful guy to step on board as our second guest. You were a huge boost to all our egos, especially when you stared at us inappropriately during costume changes. We love you, Jordan. We love you so so bad.
2) Brandon Carter. Brother-you volunteered your time, your energy, and your awesome fucking talent to help make Eating Out (with) a LadyFace blow up the scene. We’re honored to have you on board.
3) Adam Maid. Life coach. Long-distant relationship. Man of the hour, every hour. We thank you from afar. Hugs.
4) Spark Theater crew. You were the front lines glue that held down the show. Thank you endlessly for the time you put in to help.
5) Everyone who came to the show. So many of you came. Literally, metaphorically, physically. We’re not sure. But you were there. And some of you even stood through the whole hour and fifteen minutes. And you laughed! By God, did you laugh! It was amazing to have each and every one of you.
6) Those of you who lamented not being able to make it. We know you woulda been there. We love ya too. And you know what? Always next time. And if you can’t get it off of work, we revoke this gratitude. Fool us once, shame on us. Fool us twice, well…
We sure do love you all. And if you can, be sure to make it to this Friday’s Laughs and Beats at City O’ City. 10pm. We’ll be there in full regalia, ready to sketch your faces off. And a ton of great comics & musical types will be performing to benefit Denver’s homeless community.
Love and Laughs—The LadyFaces
